Steering wheel is one of the most important safety components of the car. To achieve the steering wheel production process stability and accuracy requirements, Precisioner use the whole-covered structure design in this trimming tool project: lower half positioning, upper half punching.
It can shape the full shot sample, trimming the flashes and gate at the same time.
Positioning blocks and punching knife are both made a whole piece, reducing the process of refueling and repeated correction time of the knife, improves the whole production progress, but also to ensure the stability of the tool components.
The shape of the magnet have to be changed because of the material characteristics, but it can not be obtained by the milling process. Therefore, we used the magnet with a special shape in this trimming tool.
